A Grease Trap Service Model Built on Real Commercial Experience

About Us

How Grease Police Raised the Standard for Grease Trap Maintenance

Grease Police was created as a spin-off driven by demand from long-term clients who needed more responsive and reliable grease trap service. Built on decades of experience in food service maintenance, the company was formed after recognizing a consistent gap in service quality and follow-through across the industry. Kaleb, our Director, helped lead the development of a team focused on raising that standard.

Today, we support commercial kitchens and facilities across San Antonio, Austin, and Houston with structured maintenance, fast response times, and a focus on keeping systems operating as they should.
